  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time

  • INDIA : 3–5 business days

  • INTERNATIONAL : 8–15 business days

  • Remote or special delivery zones may take longer.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the items purchased.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with the tracking ID and link. You can track the status of your package anytime.

6. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is undelivered due to incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability, it will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Reshipping may require an additional charge.

  • Refunds for undelivered prepaid orders (if applicable) will be processed after deducting actual shipping costs.
